Our Mission

One of the biggest challenges of caregivers and institutions is providing the level of care needed while staying within their budget. To achieve this, facilities often purchase equipment hoping to avoid expensive rentals of specialized equipment. However, ownership also brings significant challenges:

  • The facility is oftentimes not properly equipped to clean and maintain the equipment between placements, and maintenance is often overlooked.

  • Sooner or later when a more extensive repair is needed, it is often put off then forgotten. The burden of repair is then often delegated to already busy maintenance or housekeeping staff.

  • Ultimately, unfortunately, facility-owned equipment is idled or often discarded because of a lack of resource knowledge or the perceived cost and time of repair. This is tragic as sometimes the repair is very simple and inexpensive.

Our Vision

Over the years of working as a Service Tech company for a healthcare equipment manufacturer, I realized there was almost always broken equipment scattered around the receiving areas of the facilities where I was delivering. Upon further inquiry, there was often no timely action plan to get it fixed and returned to service.

It is our desire to complete only those services that your staff is unable to, or to assist your facility staff in completing the repairs internally.

We can partner with your maintenance and housekeeping services to perform as much, or as little as needed.

Services include providing parts only service to full on site equipment repair*, remote or onsite troubleshooting and repair guidance, and all levels of therapeutic mattress cleaning.

With over 12 years delivering and maintaining specialty therapeutic mattresses, HiLo and bariatric bed frames, wheelchairs and zero gravity chairs, and patient handling equipment, we are uniquely poised to provide a variety of repair and maintenance options and services at a surprising cost.

Whether it is an air mattress repair or semiannual deep cleaning, a minor bed frame component repair or partial rebuild, patient lift repair or annual certification, trust EMS; we can do it all.

Our Bio

Very shortly after entering the healthcare profession over 12 years ago, we quickly learned that there is no greater reward than the gratitude from patients, families, and staff when much needed care or service was provided for their loved one or patient. That’s what does it for us day in and day out.

It’s heart-breaking.

For the family, there is a feeling of helplessness and fear–there is little, if anything they can do to help. To see the parade of professionals all working together to help their loved one is a powerful, if not humbling experience.

It is a feeling that’s hard to describe until you have been there yourself, usually for a close friend or family member – but it is then a very powerful emotion. It is one we are all surely one day, either for ourselves or a loved one, going to experience.

For the staff, it is the thanks for providing a much needed piece of equipment, or fixing a long awaited problem on a critical item. This makes their tasks easier, their care better, and completes their “watch”.

It is this reward that was the inspiration to help institutions and caregivers take better care of their patients by helping them maximize their capital utilization. This allows them to focus on care rather than the headaches of fixing and maintaining their broken and soiled equipment.
